Are you ready to be a growth architect and a healthcare innovator? We are seeking a relentless Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Clarity Team. This isn’t just about making calls - it’s about pioneering a new way for healthcare organizations to operate. You will be at the forefront of introducing our AI solutions to a market that currently relies on manual processes for patient data - a system that leads to errors, lost revenue, staff burnout, and worse patient outcomes.

You'll be the crucial first point of contact, the engine of our growth that turns leads into loyal partners. The value you will deliver…

  • Targeted Prospecting: Go beyond a list of contacts. You'll strategically identify and research key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, pinpointing their specific challenges with manual data processes to show them the clear value of our AI solution.
  • Proactive Pipeline Generation: Be a true hunter. You'll drive new business by initiating personalized cold calls, crafting compelling emails, and using social selling to engage prospects and generate high-quality meetings for the sales team.
  • In-Depth Discovery: Lead insightful conversations with prospects to uncover their business needs and pain points, determining how our AI solution can solve their specific problems.
  • Strategic Messaging: Develop and refine messaging that is tailored, compelling, and cuts through the noise to highlight our unique value proposition.
  • Data-Driven CRM Management: Maintain a clean and accurate record of all activities in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce), using the data to inform your strategy and ensure a seamless handover.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to develop and execute account plans, ensuring a smooth transition for qualified leads.
  • Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new challenges in healthcare to continually refine your approach.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

What you will bring to the table… 

  • 1+ years of experience in a B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar outbound prospecting role. (Experience in Healthcare is a plus).
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets for qualified meetings, opportunities generated, or similar sales development KPIs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and your emails are compelling.
  • Highly resourceful and tenacious. You don't give up easily and are skilled at finding creative ways to connect with hard-to-reach prospects.
  • Proficient with sales enablement tools such as CRM (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A positive attitude, resilient mindset, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong, Linkedin, Zoominfo, etc)
  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries is preferred.
  • Driven and self-motivated to exceed quotas
  • Strong sense of urgency to build a healthy sales pipeline

You will stand out if you also have…

  • A strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger Sale) is a plus.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management Systems, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software, telehealth platforms, health information exchanges (HIE), and data analytics platforms. Ability to discuss these technologies confidently with healthcare IT professionals and executives.

Additional details…

  • Location: US Remote/ Hybrid (Downtown Los Angeles- located at 7th St. and Flower St./ Las Vegas - approximately 3 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, near Warm Springs Rd. and Bermuda Rd. Potential future Hybrid location in Dallas.)
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time
  • Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
  • Eligible for sponsorship: No

The compensation for this role is up to $23.00- $24.50 an hour USD plus earned commissions. On Target Earnings are between $50,000-$90,000.  This position may be eligible for pre-approved overtime. Also included in this package for this position for compensation considerations may also include ESPP, accrued vacation, sick time, holidays and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candid adiate.
