We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support our Cardiac Solutions (CS) business development efforts through prospecting, event promotion, RFP administration, strategy call coordination, rebid requests, and change order follow-up. You will focus on identifying CS sponsors and CROs early, building pipeline opportunities, and handing them off to the CS BD team, while ensuring accurate oversight in Salesforce. This position plays a vital role in ensuring timely, high-quality client engagement and supporting Clario’s mission of transforming patients’ lives.

What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating with marketing, territory, and account based BD reps on prospecting initiatives
Event Promotion
Market Research
Acknowledge receipt of RFPs and confirm completeness with clients, requesting additional details when required.
Enter opportunities into the company CRM system (Salesforce) and upload supplemental materials.
Administer pricing tools and manage proposal deliverables to meet due dates.
Coordinate activities of internal staff on strategy calls.
Manage rebid requests, including pricing revisions and additional strategy calls.
Follow up on change order contracts and manage close dates in Salesforce.
Support sales account teams in business-generating efforts as needed.
Participate in Sales Operations, Sales-to-Services, and departmental meetings.
Provide support on other assignments or special projects as defined by team lead or management.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, communications, or related field preferred (equivalent combinations of education and experience considered).
1–3 years’ experience in pharma/clinical trials, sales, technical writing, proposals, or budget development.
Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently under pressure.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client interaction skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and as an individual contributor.
Cardiac background is a plus.
