The Parking vertical includes netPark and Zephire, two SaaS platforms supporting parking operators across commercial, municipal, and event-based locations. We serve operators ranging from small private lots to large-scale enterprise deployments. With strong product-market fit and active marketing investments, both businesses are scaling sales coverage and require SDR support to fuel pipeline development.

Job Summary:

The SDR is responsible for executing outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads for the Parking vertical (netPark and Zephire). The SDR will research target accounts, make cold calls, qualify leads against ICP criteria, and book meetings for Account Executives. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales for the vertical and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Engineers, and Onboarding.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute cold calling outreach to target accounts using Salesforce and dialer tools
  • Qualify leads based on ICP criteria for netPark and Zephire
  • Book meetings and demos for AEs
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and lead dispositions in Salesforce
  • Identify prospects who are a fit for DMS offerings and flag for SE engagement
  • Support marketing campaigns and list enrichment efforts
  • Meet or exceed activity and conversion-based KPIs

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resilience and comfort with cold calling
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and lead management tools
  • Time management and organizational discipline
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, SE, and Marketing teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of outbound SDR or similar experience preferred
  • Experience with B2B SaaS sales, ideally in verticalized environments
  • Familiarity with parking, mobility, or tech-enabled field services is a plus
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
