Role Summary

At tvScientific, we know growth starts with a high-performing commercial team. That’s why we’re looking for an ambitious inbound Sales Development Representative (Inbound) to identify and qualify potential customers who can benefit from our platform. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline by building early-stage relationships and setting up our sales team for success. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with excellent communication skills and a knack for translating value into opportunity. Every lead is a chance to fuel revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, and move the needle.


What You'll Do

  • Prompt Response: Respond to inbound leads within 10 minutes during core working hours to maximize conversion potential.
  • Opportunity Creation: Consistently generate qualified opportunities that drive meaningful pipeline growth.
  • Proactive Follow-up: Leverage phone, email, and social outreach to persistently and effectively engage leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Run thoughtful, needs-based conversations that map prospect pain points to our value.
  • Brand Evangelization: Represent the tvScientific brand with clarity, professionalism, and energy in every interaction.
  • Focus on Goals: Hit or exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and qualified opportunities.


How We'll Define Success

  • Speed to Lead – You respond to new inbound leads within 10 minutes during core hours, catching interest at its peak.

  • Qualified Pipeline Growth – You create a steady flow of high-quality leads that convert to sales meetings and pipeline.

  • Quota Achievement – You consistently hit your goals for meetings and qualified leads—your pipeline powers the team.

  • CRM Hygiene – You log activity, update statuses, and capture insights with precision to keep our CRM clean and collaborative.

  • Process Discipline – You follow (and improve) our inbound playbook with a balance of speed, personalization, and rigor.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration – You give actionable feedback to marketing and partner seamlessly with sales on handoffs.

  • Customer Empathy – You connect with prospects by understanding their needs and speaking directly to their challenges.

  • Continuous Learning – You’re coachable, curious, and constantly refining your sales game through testing and feedback.


You’ll Be Successful in This Role if You Have/Are

  • An interest in sales or 6 months of SDR experience

  • A track record of hitting KPIs or goals in any performance-based role

  • A self-starter mindset who thrives on hitting targets and winning

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across channels

  • Strong problem-solving ability and a sharp ear for identifying pain points

  • Coachable, with the ability to absorb training and pitch value clearly

  • A knack for uncovering needs and connecting them to a clear solution

  • Great time management—you work smart and stay focused


You May Also Have

  • Experience in a startup or fast-moving tech environment

  • Familiarity with CTV, adtech, or digital marketing

  • Understanding of programmatic advertising or performance marketing
