This is a right role for a senior SDR who is ready to step up to being an AE within 6 months!

Requirements

What you will be working on/responsible for

  • Effectively manage inbound lead flow (60%)
  • Build up outbound pipeline in mid market and enterprise sector (40%)
  • Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accounts
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts
  • Qualify leads before passing them onto AE for a demo
  • Meet or exceed SDR sourced volume targets
  • Work to have a variety of touches (call, email, social, etc.) on all leads (we use hubspot with amplemarket)
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results

Experience we expect you to bring to the role

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the B2B tech or developer tools space.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and cold outreach.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly at all levels of an organization.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Positive and energetic phone presence, excellent listening skills, and strong writing abilities.
  • Determined personality with a passion for growth and success.
  • Experience initiating first calls with qualified customers.
  • Expertise in both inbound and outbound pipeline creation.
  • Prior experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Ability to qualify potential customers before passing them to an Account Executive for a demo.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, handling uncertainties and challenges effectively.
  • Must be located in the EST time zone.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience sourcing leads in new territories or via new channels.
  • Experience conducting strategic outreach to enterprise customers.
