- Solid analytical background and are excited by deriving insights from data.
- Steadfast mentality with the ability to handle the highs and lows of cold outreach.
- Bias for action, driving your own learnings, skills, and the Findigs’ mission forward.
- Positive attitude and creative approach to solving problems.
- Desire to be part of something bigger than yourself and are ready to join a mission-driven, category-creating company.
Nice to haves:
- Experience working at a B2B, SaaS+, or Proptech startup in a prospecting function.
- Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other sales enablement software.
What we offer:
- Location: We operate on a hybrid schedule, with in-office days at our newly renovated NoHo office.
- Mission-Driven Culture: A balanced, collaborative, and high-impact workplace. Direct exposure to our executive team, learning from the inside out what it takes to scale a startup from Series B to a category-creating corporation.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive base salary + Pre-IPO equity. Uncapped commissions and ability to exceed OTE.
- Generous Time Off: Unlimited PTO with a minimum of two weeks required, mental health Fridays once a month, and holidays.
- Wellness Perks: Health benefits, 401(k) matching up to 5%, monthly gym stipend, and lunch provided every day + snacks for days.
