Enable Dental is seeking an empathetic and driven Community Development Liaison (CDL) to connect our onsite dental services with communities in need. Focusing primarily on senior care facilities (independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing), you will serve as the tip of the spear in our mission to bring world-class dental care directly to patients.
As a remote-based inside sales professional (often referred to as a Sales Development Representative in other industries), you will blend high-volume outreach with strategic, account-based relationship management. Partnering directly with field-based Community Relations Managers (CRMs) within the Enable team, your goal is to expand our reach and ensure administrators, care teams, and families utilizing Enable Dental services receive exceptional care.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Drive Engagement: Execute high-volume cold and warm outreach to drive brand awareness and secure qualified meetings with facility decision-makers.
- Manage Inbound Flow: Promptly triage and convert inbound leads across multiple channels (web, phone, fax, and chat).
- Target Strategically: Build and manage targeted audience lists utilizing internal/external databases and market-level insights.
- Consult & Educate: Develop fluency in general dentistry, senior care, and Enable Dental’s value proposition to effectively communicate benefits, industry updates, insurance changes, and more to prospective patients and current and new facilities.
- Maintain Operational Excellence: Utilize our sales and marketing technology stack to accurately document all activity, manage follow-ups, and track performance metrics.
- Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed quotas for outbound activity, qualified meetings, net-new facility development, and new patient volume.
- Operate with Integrity: Uphold the highest ethical standards during every customer and patient interaction, acting in strict alignment with Enable Dental’s core values.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of inside sales or sales development experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of driving engagement, influencing decision-makers, and selling effectively over the phone.
- Exceptional active listening skills with the ability to uncover pain points and map them to our solutions.
- A competitive, customer-focused drive paired with a consistently positive attitude.
- High operational discipline, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with field teams and employees at all levels.
- Bonus: Knowledge of, or experience selling into, the dental, healthcare, or senior care industries.
Benefits
Compensation: Enjoy a competitive base salary of $60,000 PLUS uncapped Bonus Structure, with On-Target-Earnings (OTE) between $80-$100K.
Perks: A comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, a 401(k) plan (with 3% match), Life Insurance, and generous Paid Time Off to help you recharge and thrive.
