As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our go-to-market strategy and sales pipeline. Through proactive and creative outbound communication, you will secure high-quality meetings with potential new customers for the Chromatic sales team. You'll focus on a targeted set of prospects, researching and personalizing your messaging to influence them to engage with Chromatic. 

This is the perfect job for a self-starter looking to grow in their sales career within a high-growth SaaS company.

Required timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST). 

Responsibilities
  • Generate interest in Chromatic by clearly messaging Chromatic’s key benefits and unique features in a relevant/personalized way across email, social channels, and other forms of outreach.

  • Analyze our existing customer data to determine which free accounts represent the greatest near-term opportunities.

  • Book qualified meetings with senior prospects + key decision-makers. 

  • Collaborate with your team and manager throughout the inside sales process. 

  • Meet defined activity and quality goals to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.

  • Work closely with Account Executives and your Manager to refine strategies and messaging for better results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1+ years of relevant experience working in a sales development role

  • Detail-oriented in your organizational processes and deliverables.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Motivation to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

  • Interest and ability to learn technical concepts and new tools quickly. 

  • Bonus: You have held previous customer-facing roles and have a technical background or experience with technical selling.
