We know every company says they’re exciting and innovative, so we’ll skip the usual buzzwords…

Instead, imagine this: an office in downtown Santa Monica, where you’re using an industry-leading sales engagement platform to prospect, connect, and help other sales teams scale faster. The sun is shining, the energy is high, and your career is about to take off 🚀.

At Kixie, we’re on a mission to empower sales professionals with a powerful, all-in-one sales engagement platform. Our solution seamlessly integrates with CRMs to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and drive better results. With features like automated outreach, real-time insights, and robust reporting, Kixie helps sales teams connect, communicate, and close deals faster than ever.

That being said, we're looking for ambitious, driven SDRs who want to break into SaaS sales, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a high-growth sales team that’s doubling company revenue every year. If you’re competitive, coachable, and ready to work hard, this is your chance to join a pre-IPO startup that rewards hustle with uncapped earnings and rapid career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website signups, and trials.
  • Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to book meetings with decision-makers.
  • Engage potential customers, uncover pain points, and educate them on Kixie’s value.
  • Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to pass along high-quality leads and opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity and pipeline goals (calls, emails, demos booked).
  • Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate Kixie’s benefits.
  • Experiment with new sales strategies and techniques to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales Leadership to optimize lead generation and outreach efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Driven & competitive – You’re motivated by results and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator – You know how to engage people and spark interest quickly.
  • Coachable & eager to learn – You’re open to feedback and constantly looking to improve.
  • Resilient & persistent – You handle rejection well and keep pushing forward.
  • Organized & efficient – You can manage multiple leads and tasks without missing a beat.
  • Tech-savvy – You’re comfortable with CRMs, sales tools, and digital communication.
  • Team player – You work well with AEs and leadership to drive revenue growth.

Benefits and Perks

  • Competitive base salary and uncapped commission
  • Rapid opportunities for advancement at a pre-IPO software company whose valuation is climbing exponentially every year
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO), sick leaves, and paid holidays
  • Team lunches & happy hours – Because sales is more fun with food & drinks.
  • Daily stocked snacks and beverages
  • A pet-friendly office so your furry friends can be part of your workday
  • Complimentary parking in our secure garage
  • A collaborative, dynamic, and supportive team environment

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
