At Oversee, we are reimagining how corporate travel is managed.

Our cutting-edge technology and machine learning solutions replace the outdated, manual processes that slow companies down — unlocking cost savings, efficiency, and smarter decisions.

We bring together travel analytics and actionable insights, giving global enterprises a clear view of their spend and the tools to continuously improve their programs.

We provide air and hotel reshopping solutions for Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and recently launched AgentSee, an AI-powered productivity tool designed to help TMC agents work smarter and faster. AgentSee automates manual tasks like processing traveler emails, booking flights, and managing travel arrangements—enabling TMCs to reduce costs and improve service quality.

If you’re hungry to learn, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want a clear path toward becoming an Account Executive, this is your chance to grow alongside a global, high-performing team.

Come shape the future of business travel with us!

What you’ll do:

 Build Pipeline & Generate Opportunities

  • Conduct high-volume, targeted outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video) to identify and qualify leads across defined territories and verticals;
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to define prospecting strategies and deliver both quality and quantity in your pipeline;
  • Research prospects, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry reports;
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute creative, personalized campaigns that cut through the noise and communicate Oversee’s value clearly.

Qualify & Convert

  • Run high-quality discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges, goals, and priorities — and position our products as the solution;
  • Book qualified meetings for the AE team and consistently hit or exceed your monthly meeting targets;
  • Keep Salesforce updated with every contact, activity, and opportunity to ensure pipeline accuracy.

Learn, Grow & Excel

  • Master our products (AirSaver, HotelSaver, and AgentSee) and learn how AI is transforming corporate travel;
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your outbound, communication, and qualification skills;
  • Bring curiosity, drive, and a solution-focused mindset to a fast-scaling, remote-first environment.

About you:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or similar roles — ideally in SaaS, AI, or tech
  • Open to those who are highly motivated to break into technology sales and can demonstrate transferable skills such as persistence, communication, and a strong learning mindset
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated to succeed in a remote setup
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn about AI, automation, and the future of business travel.
  • Familiar with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and sales engagement tools such as SalesLoft or Outreach — a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

At Oversee, we believe great work deserves great rewards. This role comes with a competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) which includes base salary plus performance-based incentives. Benefits are an important part of Oversee’s Total Rewards package, and this role is eligible for comprehensive coverage including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and more.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.

We provide employment opportunities without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
