HighKey is hiring elite SDRs to join our rapidly growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced,  high-output environment and know how to convert interest into action, this is for you.

HighKey Enterprises is a digital PR and social media company. We run social media for some of the most elite brands in aesthetics, top-tier plastic surgeons, med spas, and health entrepreneurs. We scale online empires through relentless execution in brand strategy, video virality, and digital influence. We help our clients dominate their markets with content that is so effective that it replaces billboards and 5-figure ad spends.

The Role

This is a high-performance inbound + outbound SDR role. You’ll be the first voice a high-level prospect hears from our team, so your energy, control, and ability to qualify fast must match the level of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Call Handling: Promptly call inbound leads within 1–5 minutes of opt-in. Build urgency and excitement from the jump.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute structured cold outreach via Instagram DMs, GHL calls/texts, and CRM leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Rapidly qualify prospects using our script frameworks (brand presence, authority, budget, and intent).
  • Booking Sales Calls: Confidently book qualified appointments into our Closer’s calendar with strong handoffs and clear show-up expectations.
  • Follow-Up: Use creative and persistent follow-up strategies for no-shows, fence-sitters, and warm leads.
  • CRM Organization: Update and manage pipelines, lead statuses, and notes with surgical accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate closely with the Closer team to align on lead context, pitch strategy, and handoff feedback.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 1–2 years of sales development or cold calling experience
  • Confidence on the phone (no fear of dialing)
  • Clear, persuasive communication (spoken and written)
  • Knows how to control the frame on calls, even with high-status leads
  • Self-motivated with high output (volume, volume, volume)
Bonus (but not required):
  • Past experience in Social Media, PR, SEO, or branding services
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Instagram DMs, or sales chat environments
  • Sales background working with entrepreneurs, real estate, medical professionals, creators, etc.
Compensation
  • $3,000/month base salary + uncapped commission
  • Top performers can earn $5K–$10K+ per month
