SUMMARY
Artera is looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging key decision-makers at leading healthcare organizations. You’ll be on the front lines of our sales team, using strategic outreach—calls, emails, and LinkedIn—to connect potential customers with Artera’s solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the spark – Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to kickstart conversations with potential customers.
- Spot opportunities – Identify and qualify leads that can grow into strong business opportunities.
- Do your homework – Research and personalize outreach to engage decision-makers and boost connection rates.
- Keep momentum alive – Manage leads in Salesforce and follow up strategically to keep deals moving forward.
- Win together – Collaborate with AEs, sales leadership, and peers to refine strategies, share wins, and continuously improve.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or previous sales experience (internships, retail, or customer-facing roles count!)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- A natural passion for startups, sales, and technology — you’re excited to be part of something growing.
- Hungry to learn and motivated to build a career in sales, not just land a job.

This is a 100% in-office position. You will be required to work full-time out of our Downtown Santa Barbara, CA office.
LOCATION
Artera HQ is in Santa Barbara, CA and for this role, we require 5 days per week in the office.
