As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Darwin AI, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving revenue growth through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. You will identify, engage, and nurture potential customers by leveraging a multi-channel approach, including calls, emails, and social outreach. Your ability to understand customer needs and articulate our value proposition will be key to generating high-quality sales opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize pipeline development and conversion. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify and respond to inbound leads, assessing their needs and readiness to engage with our sales team.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executives by effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and understand market trends.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Hubspot) to manage lead pipeline, track engagement, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings set and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuously improve outreach strategies through A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and our product offerings to provide informed conversations with prospects.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and coaching to enhance sales skills and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or similar role in a tech environment.
  • Proven track record of success in both outbound and inbound lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Bilingual (Portuguese and Spanish) is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • High level of resilience, persistence, and motivation to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A passion for technology and a keen interest in SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting is highly desirable.
