About the Role

Open new opportunities with qualified prospective customers for Jump Account Executives. As one of the first SDRs, build Jump’s outbound sales motion to deliver and source reliable, qualified pipeline every month. Be ready to chip in anywhere to help the team win.

  • Carry a meetings quota

  • Build a pipeline of $100k ARR each month

  • Willing to cold call and email prospects with the intention of booking a meeting

  • Work with our awesome financial advisor customers

  • Manage an extremely high velocity high volume SMB facing sales motion, including creating leverage for yourself via the latest AI-enabled salestech

  • Help Jump stay the category leader, trusted and loved by customers

  • Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work

About You

  • You want to have real impact helping to build an early-stage AI software company

  • You are willing to work at a very early stage tech company and are super excited about the related opportunities and challenges

  • You want to learn how to be a great SDR (and eventual AE) and don’t need handholding to thrive - you are coachable, hungry, competitive, and sharp

  • You are excited by the prospect of helping financial advisors leverage cutting edge AI to optimize their workflows
