ABOUT THE POSITION

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays an important role in Virtuos’ growth. As the first point of contact for studios and publishers across the global gaming ecosystem, you will introduce Virtuos’ capabilities, spark new relationships, and uncover early client needs. Your work will directly fuel the Business Development team with high-quality opportunities. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, relationship-building, and creating momentum in a fast-growing, creative industry.

Responsibilities
  • Own pipeline generation within assigned accounts, territories, or industry segments.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline creation and meeting targets.
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies across phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
  • Develop account-based outreach strategies and engage multiple stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery conversations to understand business priorities, game development challenges, buying processes, and timing.
  • Effectively handle objections and nurture prospects through early buying stages.
  • Partner closely with Business Development Managers and Marketing to execute coordinated account plans and campaigns.
  • Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, activity reporting, and data quality.
  • Analyze outreach performance and continuously optimize messaging, sequencing, and conversion rates.
  • Share customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to improve go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
  • Required

    • 2-4+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or inside sales representative in B2B technology or services.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding pipeline generation or meeting quotas.
    • Experience selling complex B2B solutions with multiple stakeholders.
    • Strong prospecting, discovery, and objection-handling skills.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • Experience with Salesforce and modern sales engagement platforms (Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
    • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

    Preferred

    • Experience selling professional services, software development, SaaS, or technology solutions.
    • Experience engaging gaming studios, publishers, or digital entertainment companies.
    • Familiarity with BANT, MEDDICC, or similar sales qualification methodologies.
    • Experience working in global organizations across multiple regions and time zones.

    • Activity productivity (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
    • CRM data quality and compliance
    • Speed to lead for inbound inquiries

This position offers a combination of base salary and performance-based variable compensation, with total on-target earnings expected to range between $70,000 – $100,000.

Virtuos maintains a location-based compensation structure; therefore, the salary range may vary for candidates residing in different geographic markets.
