English Level: C1+ | Outbound Sales | B2B | High‑Volume Pipeline
The Sales Representative ( Remote) is responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and closing sales calls with U.S.‑based clients. This role requires C1+ English, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high‑volume pipeline with discipline and accuracy.
This is a performance‑driven role with uncapped commissions and clear KPIs.
Outbound Prospecting — cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and multi‑touch follow‑ups.
Discovery & Qualification — identify needs, qualify prospects, and book sales calls.
Sales Presentations — deliver value‑driven pitches to U.S. clients.
Objection Handling — confidently address concerns and move deals forward.
Closing Calls — negotiate pricing, present offers, and close deals.
CRM Management — update notes, stages, tasks, and follow‑ups daily.
Pipeline Forecasting — maintain accurate deal tracking and reporting.
Follow‑Up Sequences — execute multi‑channel nurture campaigns.
Requirements
2–4+ years in Sales, BDR/SDR, Appointment Setting, or High‑Ticket Closing
C1+ English (spoken + written)
Proven experience with cold calling and outbound sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience using CRMs (HubSpot, Close, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar tools
Ability to manage high‑volume pipelines and hit KPIs
Self‑motivated, organized, and performance‑driven
