Job description:

Break Into the Life Insurance Industry — No License or Experience Needed

Are you looking for a career that feels meaningful, rewarding, and financially motivating — not just another job?

We are the fastest-growing Life Insurance team in the region, and we are hiring motivated individuals who want to help families protect their future. Many of the families we serve have never had someone explain how life insurance works or why it matters — you will be the voice that guides them toward peace of mind.

No experience? No problem.

No Life Insurance License? We pay to train and help you get one.

Many of our top-performing agents started with no background in sales or insurance — now they lead teams, earn competitive income, and find fulfillment knowing they help families secure financial protection that truly matters.

What You’ll Do

Sales Development & Outreach Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls, texts, and emails to engage potential clients.
  • Communicate the importance of income protection and family financial security.
  • Schedule free life insurance consultations or connect families directly with a licensed agent.
  • Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and re-engage missed appointments.
  • Respond to incoming client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Record client interactions and manage follow-up activities in the CRM system.

Processing Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Assist agents and clients throughout the insurance application process.
  • Gather and verify required client information and signatures.
  • Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and ready for submission.
  • Help streamline the approval process to ensure families receive coverage as quickly as possible.

Why This Role Matters

This job goes beyond sales — you are helping protect families from the unexpected.

Your work ensures families have:

  • Security during a medical crisis
  • Funds to cover final expenses
  • Protection against loss of income
  • A financial legacy for their loved ones

Every completed call and every submitted application has the power to impact a family’s life forever. The work is meaningful, and the reward feels personal.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • Motivated and goal-oriented individuals who enjoy connecting with people.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
  • Coachable, positive, and driven to grow personally and professionally.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Prior life insurance or sales experience is a plus — but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Benefits

Perks & Benefits

  • On-the-job Paid training and paid support to obtain your life insurance license
  • Hourly pay plus additional bonuses and commissions
  • Clear opportunities for promotion and leadership roles
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
  • Paid vacation time
  • Employee discounts on life insurance, auto insurance, DMV services, and more

If you're ready to start a career where you can grow professionally, earn competitive pay, and make a meaningful difference for families every day, we encourage you to apply.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
