• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and leveraging various channels such as industry events, online platforms, and referrals.
• Initiate and maintain communication with prospects, understanding their needs and pain points, and tailoring solutions that align with the startup's payment products and services.
• Present the startup's payment solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any questions or concerns they might have.
• Collaborate with the product and technical teams to tailor payment solutions based on client requirements, ensuring a personalized and effective approach.
• Execute on sales strategies, meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and effective communication across the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for differentiation and improvement.
🟣 The skills you need
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (final-year students preferred).
• Strong passion for sales and an aptitude for building relationships.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools—particularly Salesloft, Apollo, and Salesforce—is considered a plus.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
