Location/Division Specific Information

The Sales Development Program (SDP) is a three-month experience for high-potential graduates in science with a passion for sales.

Discover Impactful Work

The SDP is a remote opportunity, with three weeks of travel to Pittsburgh, PA, USA. The first two weeks and the final week for graduation will be in the US. All travel expenses are covered by the company during these periods.

What to expect

  • Receive comprehensive Commercial and Product training with real world experiences
  • Job shadow with sales experts and subject matter authorities
  • Attend sessions at various sites: Customer Service Center, Distribution warehouse, Manufacturing, and direct Sales
  • Collaborate with dedicated leaders and mentors
  • Network with Commercial leaders
  • Handle customer accounts and more!

Education

  • Completed/completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Life Sciences/STEM-related field

Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Learning agility
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Geographic flexibility required
  • Bilingual preferred - English & French
