ABOUT THE ROLE
Ready to take the next step in your career by driving high-value growth in the world of Fintech and Gaming? As an SDR at Trustly, you are the frontline architect of our sales pipeline. This isn't just about volume; it’s about strategic hunting. Reporting to the Director of Gaming Sales, you’ll manage a mix of hot inbound leads and high-value outbound targets, providing white-glove service while crushing your meeting-set targets.
You’ll be embedded in a high-performance ecosystem, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Merchant Success to ensure our pitch is perfect and our growth is unstoppable. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive pipeline growth to maximize sales capacity and meet/exceed company targets.
- Source, vet, and qualify high-potential clients to create a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Engage senior decision-makers through strategic outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Ensure a seamless transition handoff process between Sales Development (You) and Sales Executives to maximize closing probabilities.
- Utilize reporting and dashboarding capabilities to communicate results to the rest of the organization and track performance and productivity KPIs. (i.e., Salesforce, Gong))
- Identify sales collateral and content needs to improve lead open, response, and engagement rates.
WHO YOU ARE
- 1+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Development in technology B2B Sales in Fintech, Gaming (sportsbetting or casino), or Payments industry required.
- Ability to sell yourself.
- A proven track record of successful sales pipeline development through both outbound and inbound. Experience in closing roles is a plus.
- A proven track record of being a hustler and a go-getter (i.e., you want to make a name for yourself and you are money motivated).
- A can-do attitude and ability to work cross-functionally to drive results.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to communicate clearly and directly by providing accurate information and being data-driven.
- Bonus points for SFDC, Gong, Zoominfo, and Linkedin Navigator proficiency as well as any Online Gaming or Financial Tech Experience.
