Role Overview:

WeSki is looking for a motivated and results-driven Partnerships Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a part of this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and setting the stage for our sales success.

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maximize the number of direct connections with suppliers in ski resorts.

This position is a full-time outsourced role and will be based remotely. The successful candidate will work with our internal sales team to help generate leads and build relationships with potential suppliers in Austria.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Proactively engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to generate interest in WeSki’s offerings.
  • Identify potential business partners and create new opportunities for collaboration.

Qualification:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of WeSki’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target audience and supply chain goals.

Pipeline Management:

  • Collaborate closely with your Business Development Manager to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work with team members to follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Provide insights and feedback to refine outreach strategies and improve targeting.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales or SDR experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated by both individual and team achievements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Native or Billingual speaking in German – a must.
  • Proactive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Team player with experience working in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to provide a monthly invoice.
