Role Overview : We’re looking for an experienced SDR Manager to build, scale, and lead our Sales Development team. You will be responsible for driving pipeline generation, developing SDR talent, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to fuel Level AI’s growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Hire, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of SDRs
  • Set clear KPIs for activity, meetings booked, and pipeline creation; ensure targets are consistently met
  • Design and optimize outbound and inbound lead generation strategies
  • Partner with Marketing on lead quality, campaign strategy, and messaging alignment
  • Deliver regular coaching: call reviews, email reviews, live coaching sessions
  • Track and analyze SDR team performance; report on key metrics to Sales Leadership
  • Build career development plans for SDRs with a focus on internal promotions
  • Own and continuously improve SDR processes, playbooks, and sales engagement tooling
  • Champion a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance

Requirements :

  • 3+ years managing SDR or Business Development teams, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and meeting setting goals
  • Strong coaching, mentorship, and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of outbound prospecting best practices (phone, email, LinkedIn, social selling)
  • CRM and sales engagement tool expertise (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo)
  • Strong data orientation — comfortable using metrics to drive decisions
  • Excellent communicator, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

Preferred :

  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS or AI-focused companies
  • Background in building SDR-to-AE career paths
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
