We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Developer to support our sales and marketing operations across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and customizing CRM platforms to optimize lead management, sales automation, reporting, and customer engagement.
As a CRM Developer, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between technology and business objectives.
- Strong experience with one or more CRM platforms
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and third-party tools
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead pipelines, and customer journey
- Ability to create and manage CRM reports and dashboards
- Proficient in Arabic and English
- Experience in the Gulf market is a strong plus
* Design, develop, and maintain CRM systems (e.g., Freshsales ,odoo, infobip, respond etc.).
* Integrate various sales tools, lead generation platforms, and communication channels.
* Build and optimize sales automation workflows (lead nurturing, follow-ups, scoring...).
* Develop or integrate chatbots (e.g., WhatsApp, website) to support lead qualification and customer support.
* Ensure data accuracy, system security, and process efficiency across platforms.
* Create and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track sales performance.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for CRM-related tools.
