Position Description
The Sales Coordinator supports the Commercial organization by providing operational coordination, administrative support, and execution assistance across sales and medical education activities. This role helps ensure commercial processes run efficiently, key initiatives are well coordinated, and the field organization is effectively supported.
The Sales Coordinator plays an important role in improving consistency and execution across the commercial team by coordinating planning activities, managing logistics for training and customer engagement programs, supporting reporting needs, and facilitating cross-functional follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Commercial leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and general operational support.
- Coordinate logistics and materials preparation for recurring commercial planning and business review activities, ensuring timely scheduling, documentation, and follow-through on key action items.
- Support execution of sales enablement and medical education initiatives, including internal trainings, customer programs, and field events. Responsibilities may include planning support, communications, attendee coordination, and onsite or virtual logistical execution.
- Assist Sales Operations with preparation and distribution of commercial reports, presentations, and planning materials; support basic data tracking and ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Support contract administration processes and help maintain organization of commercial data, documentation, and shared resources.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Education, Finance, and other teams to coordinate commercial initiatives and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Help plan and execute internal commercial meetings, leadership sessions, and team events to ensure smooth logistics and strong participant experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, operations coordination, administrative, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and deadlines with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to support planning processes, coordinate meetings or events, and follow through on action items
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including experience working with spreadsheets and presentation materials
- Comfortable working with basic data inputs, tracking information, and supporting preparation of reports or leadership materials
- Experience coordinating travel logistics and processing expense reports preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed

Compensation
We are pleased to provide a competitive salary and benefits. Our benefits reflect our investment in the overall health and well-being of our employees and their families. including paying 100% of monthly healthcare, dental and vision insurance premiums, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and unlimited PTO. The expected hourly rate of pay range is $32.00 - $36.00. Compensation may vary based on related skills, experience, and relevant key attributes.
