As a Sales Coordinator, you will drive the operational and administrative efficiency of our Sales leadership team. You will be a key business partner and collaborator for multiple Sales VPs and their direct reports, acting as a shared resource to ensure their organizations operate effectively to achieve their targets.

In this role, you will help orchestrate the tactical support needed by the Sales organization, spanning areas such as complex scheduling, recruiting logistics, and executive-level administrative support. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Legal, and Finance, acting as a proactive partner to facilitate the hiring and contracting process and supporting the creation of high-impact leadership communications

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary scheduling partner for multiple Sales VPs, managing complex calendars for both candidate interviews and business-critical meetings.
  • Recruitment Operations: Facilitate all tactical items related to the recruiting process, including complex interview loops, contract generation, and coordination with Legal and Finance.
  • Leadership Support & Meeting Organization: Assist in the preparation of materials for recurring performance reporting, including building decks for and organizing QBRs, All-Hands, and other miscellaneous company meetings
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Work collaboratively with Finance, Legal, and GTM Enablement to ensure seamless execution of programs and administrative requests at the VPs' discretion.
  • Operational Hygiene: Ensure accuracy within recruiting and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse), ensuring all documentation and candidate stages are up-to-date.
  • Miscellaneous Project Support: Execute ad-hoc projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed to improve the day-to-day experience and productivity of the sales leadership organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive administration, recruiting coordination, or sales operations
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex tasks across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides) with an ability to translate data or executive notes into polished, professional decks.
  • Outstanding communication and influence, with the ability to represent Sales VPs professionally to both internal executives and external candidates.
  • Self-starter with exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, able to balance extreme attention to detail with the swift execution required in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in fast-paced, SaaS, or startup environments is highly preferred, as is familiarity with Salesforce or similar GTM tools.
  • Collaborative style with a strong ability to bring diverse internal perspectives to consensus.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
