Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, part-time Sales Coordinator to join the sales team at our Villa Capri property. This role serves as a trusted advisor, relationship-builder, and brand ambassador for Gallaher Signature Living. In a high-end CCRC and rental community environment, this role is responsible for presenting the Gallaher lifestyle with sophistication, warmth, and credibility—guiding prospective residents and their families through a meaningful lifestyle decision with clarity, confidence, and care.

The Sales Coordinator builds enduring relationships that support prospective residents from first inquiry through presale and move-in, while ensuring all communications and representations are accurate, transparent, and compliant with applicable state regulations.


Compensation $28-$35 per hour (based on demonstrated experience), plus commission

Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday; 9:00 - 3:30


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate the benefits of life at Gallaher Signature Living with authenticity, empathy, and refinement.
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and influencers.
  • Guide prospects through all phases of the sales cycle with clarity and reassurance.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with secured future residents.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets aligned with occupancy goals.
  • Proactively develop referral relationships.
  • Conduct calls, appointments, tours, and events to achieve sales expectations.
  • Monitor personal performance metrics and improve effectiveness.
  • Guide residents through apartment or finish selections and collect required advance payments.
  • Participate in sales events and community outreach activities.
  • Represent the brand professionally in a luxury environment.
  • Share market and prospect insights with leadership.
  • Maintain working knowledge of California Title 22 regulations related to marketing and disclosures.
  • Ensure all representations are accurate and compliant.
  • Refrain from providing medical or care assessments.
  • Participate in required compliance and fair housing training.
  • Report directly to the Executive Director.
  • Escalate performance, prospect, or compliance issues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with VP, and Regional Sales Director on sales strategy and execution.
  • Participate in training, strategy sessions, and market reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of senior living, luxury residential, or hospitality sales experience.
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities.
  • Comfort working with affluent, discerning clients and their families.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and/or similar platforms.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or luxury residential sales.
  • Familiarity with CCRCs, entrance fee models, or long-term care planning.
  • Professional presence as appropriate for a high-end community.
  • A part-time schedule from Wednesday to Saturday (6 hours daily)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
