Your primary mission is to provide expert consultations in our showroom and across digital channels, qualifying leads and converting interest into high-quality orders to drive our North American expansion. • Prepare and execute professional Showroom consultations to provide an immersive customer experience.

• Create accurate quotes and proactively convert inbound leads into confirmed orders.

• Execute strategic outbound activities via phone and email to follow up with potential clients.

• Manage high-volume communication channels including phone lines, live chat, and email inquiries.

• Identify and qualify inbound leads to ensure a seamless and efficient sales pipeline.
