We are expanding our friendly, remote team and looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about the food and hospitality industry, excel at relationship-building, and value the autonomy of managing their own professional schedule.


The Opportunity: High-Yield Commission Structure ?

This is a 100% commission-only position designed for natural closers who view uncapped commission structures as an unlimited opportunity.

  • Commission Rate: Earn a highly competitive 10% to 20% on closed deals.
  • Payout Terms: Commissions are paid Net-30 after client payment is successfully collected.


Responsibilities
  • Hunt & Build: Proactively identify and connect with prospective restaurant partners using cold calling, emails and industry networking.
  • Pitch the Future: Schedule and conduct engaging demonstrations with decision-makers (owners, GMs), showing them exactly how our SaaS and marketing technology increases their revenue.
  • Own the Pipeline: Manage your end-to-end sales cycle—from initial outreach to handling objections and sealing the deal.
  • Stay Organized: Build and nurture lasting client relationships while keeping your sales pipeline pristine using Zoho CRM.

Requirements
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience selling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platforms or digital solutions.
  • Industry Connection: Sales experience and an active network of contacts within the restaurant or hospitality industry are highly preferred.
  • Relationship Builders: You enjoy reaching out to new contacts, starting meaningful business conversations, and setting up next steps.
  • Clear Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Independent Mindset: Fully comfortable with a 100% commission structure where your earnings reflect your effort.
