What Makes You a Great Fit

Velocity Global is seeking an experienced Sales Compensation Manager to lead our Sales Compensation program, reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A.

This role is for the subject matter expert and primary administrator for all aspects of sales compensation, including ownership of the system of record and plan. The Manager will design, document, and drive the company's compensation plan administration process, focusing on scaling and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include developing collateral, training, and resources to support understanding and adoption of compensation programs, collaborating cross-functionally to administer all sales compensation programs, determining sales compensation outcomes, analyzing program effectiveness, and supporting escalations or dispute resolutions.


Let's Connect If You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA preferred
  • Experience scaling sales compensation programs in a growing organization
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation along with some experience in revenue operations, sales strategy or finance
  • Hands-on experience with compensation management systems, including automation and system integration
  • Demonstrated understanding of global business complexity
  • Proven expertise in developing, administering, and communicating sales compensation plans
  • Effective at building relationships and influencing stakeholders
  • Extreme analytical and problem-solving abilities

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. 


Annualized Pay Range
$125,000$175,000 USD
