Job summary

We have an opportunity for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Revenue Operations department. As Sales Compensation Analyst you will have a variety of administrative responsibilities that would include supporting sales commission plan implementation, maintaining commission records in the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Software, validating monthly payments, data management, analysis, and reporting.

 

What you will do

  • Implementation of sales compensation plans and processes.
  • Contributes to process of sales compensation setup, system administration and calculations, exceptions, and payouts.
  • Day-to-day data and process execution, auditing and analysis of the sales assignments related to compensation data.
  • Facilitate inbound commission inquiries and disputes from Sales team members.
  • Understanding of Digicert business and desire to continue learning.
  • Able to effectively communicate across the organization at all levels.
  • Identifies and properly escalates concerns and issues in a timely manner.
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in Excel, SFDC and Anaplan.
  • Contributes to projects / processes, working independently with some supervision.

 

What you will have

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience.
  • Passion for data and analytics with strong customer service skills with our internal customers.
  • Advanced Excel skills, the ability to interface data with new or existing software and/or applications.
  • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards as well as work ethic and integrity.
