The Role
About the Position
We are seeking a Sales Capability Manager who will work closely with local Sales Leadership and Global Sales Enablement to lead and facilitate in-market training through blended learning, webinars, and in-person workshop learning.
Reporting to our VP, Sales Operations and DCS, this role is responsible for lifting sales capability in market, growing individual and collective sales skills and performance, fostering talent, and increasing sales effectiveness and results aligned to F&P brands and strategic goals.
This role is also responsible for leadership of National Sales Training, ensuring effective planning, execution, measurement and evaluation, to enable consistent & timely in-field & national delivery to maximise sales outcomes.

You Will
- Lift sales capability in market, growing individual and collective sales skills and performance, fostering talent, and increasing sales effectiveness and results aligned to F&P’s brand and strategic goals.
- Build strong relationships with sales leadership to support driving learning initiatives within market
- Implement, adopt, and utilize the Sales Capability framework to deploy, facilitate and maximize our learning & development solutions.
- Evaluate and review impact, and work with global teams to continually improve systems & solutions and deliver to evolving needs.
- Be the conduit between Global Sales Enablement and Sales Leaders ensuring sales leaders and their teams are kept informed, understanding the why, what, how, and when, and are equipped with the capabilities & systems required to develop individuals to reach their full potential and drive high performance.
- Coach leaders to live out the mental model “leaders are responsible for developing their people” and supporting effective, quality sales team development.
- Promotes quarterly development planning and action-based learning plans.
- Participates in Train-the-Trainer activity, co-facilitates, and facilitates learning solutions as required.
- Leads and supports effective development in market.
- Individual & Team development: working with sales teams to leverage learning solutions linked to identified individual and team development needs.
- Change and Organisational Learning priorities: planning, leading, and managing in-market execution of learning associated with change (i.e. Salesforce enhancements) and organizational learning needs and priorities.
- Onboarding: working with Sales leaders to manage effective on-boarding of all new sales team members and internally promoted team members.
You Are
- A sales professional with a successful track record of strong performance in an entrepreneurial environment.
- An influential coach/mentor who is passionate about seeing others learn.
- You leverage your curiosity and strong listening skills to partner with the business to drive favorable outcomes
- You can leverage data to uncover insights and are comfortable making recommendations to drive strategic change.
- You can work independently but love working with a team.
You Have
- Proven track record as a sales professional
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to influence at various levels in an organization
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Learning & development experience (preferred)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Organisation Development (OD) or Learning & Development (L&D) would be advantageous
The salary range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors considered when extending an offer include (but are not limited to) education, experience, relevant skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
