Join our client, a pioneering company specializing in intelligent safety solutions for heavy-duty and off-road vehicles. They are recognized for their advanced AI-driven products that protect people and enhance operational safety in industries such as material handling, construction, mining, and more.

The Role:

They are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Sales Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships with dealers and resellers in the off-road equipment and parts sector. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder who thrives in the field, is passionate about innovative technology, and is comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time (3 weeks out of 4).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and develop new dealer and reseller partners in the off-road equipment and parts market.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
  • Present and promote the value of our advanced safety solutions to partners and end customers.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and joint marketing activities with partners.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the company CRM.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management with a focus on dealer and reseller channels.
  • Strong background in off-road equipment, heavy machinery, or related parts (experience with forklifts, construction, or agricultural equipment is highly valued).
  • Demonstrated success building and managing partnerships in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and territory management abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 3 weeks per month) across the US.
  • Proficiency with CRM and MS Office tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
