We are looking for a Sales Associate who enjoys helping customers, understands the importance of a positive shopping experience and can maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the store. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, attentive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
    •    Greet customers and offer assistance with products and questions
    •    Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs
    •    Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales floor
    •    Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
    •    Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
    •    Stay informed about product features and promotions
    •    Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
    •    Support daily store operations and team goals
    •    Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed

Qualifications
    •    Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks like stocking
    •    Comfortable learning product details and explaining them to customers
    •    Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule
    •    Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing store needs
