As a Toyota Car Sales Associate, your role will involve the following responsibilities:

  1. Showcasing Vehicles: You’ll be responsible for presenting our wide range of Toyota vehicles and all brands of used vehicles to potential customers. This includes explaining features, benefits, and specifications.
  2. Sales : You’ll actively engage with customers, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our inventory is essential. Stay updated on industry trends and participate in sales training programs to enhance your expertise.
  4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Assist customers during vehicle demonstrations, financial proposals, and delivery.
  5. Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and ethical conduct. Always prioritize the customer’s needs and commit to growth.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication skills are required in person, by phone, E mail and text.
  7. Prospecting and follow up: Significant daily outbound E mail, calls and texts to solicit and follow up on possible sales are required

Requirements

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, a college degree is preferred.
  2. Valid Driver’s License: You’ll need a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, in addition a Vehicles Sales License.
  3. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You’ll be interacting with customers daily.
  4. Sales Experience: While not always mandatory, automobile sales experience is a plus.
  5. Performance in a Fast-Paced Environment: Car sales can be fast-paced, so adaptability and efficiency are crucial.
