Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team and be a key contributor to our team's success. They will primarily be responsible for scheduling and preparing our sales team for important sales meetings and customer appointments. They will provide outstanding customer service by liaising between the Sales, Design, Production and Accounts.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Team with market preparation and appointments, own the market calendar, schedule models, order catering during market as needed.
- Manage our B2B platform NuOrder by setting up line sheets for market, partnering with marketing to ensure home page imagery and video are up to date.
- Partner with style setup team by providing the necessary information to set up styles in our internal system for market.
- Enter market orders once received by the Sales Team.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with Buying to ensure a seamless process.
- Maintain accurate and up to date shipping log, follow up on monthly EDI confirmations.
- Track all samples in and out of the showroom, keep sample closet well-organized.
- Ship samples to accounts and Sales team as needed.
- Ensure our showroom is always presentable, if there are any missing samples – working with Merchandising to place orders to replace them.
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure partners receive digital assets by deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant corporate experience and/or strong internships
- Strong proficiency with Excel; specifically, v-looks ups and pivot tables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional follow up and organizational skills
- A true sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and out of the box creative thinking
- Proactive to complete tasks quickly and independently
This a hybrid role, with 4 days in our NYC office
PAY RATE: $65,000/yr-$68,000/yr
