Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:
Track and reconcile sales commissions, ensuring accurate attainment vs. quota calculations and alignment with Finance data.
Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting processes through data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Conduct performance analytics and year-over-year trend analysis on accounts, revenue, and commissions.
Use AI tools to transform raw data into actionable insights for weekly CGO briefings and monthly reviews.
Support budgeting and expense tracking by maintaining records, performing variance analysis, and collaborating with Finance.
Ensure data integrity across Salesforce and CGO reporting through spot checks, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Abilities: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; proficient in Excel, Salesforce CRM, and basic SQL or data querying languages; experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role; industry experience in Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH), healthcare benefits, SaaS, or fintech is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; Milwaukee, WI)
