This role can be located in the US or Canada and will support our sales team in our Food & Beverage vertical which includes our business units, Silverware POS and Arryved.
Job Summary
- The Sales Administrator supports the sales organization by managing administrative processes, maintaining sales systems and data, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales team to operate effectively by providing accurate reporting, coordinating processes, and supporting cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and sales leadership
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Process sales orders, contracts, renewals, and amendments in accordance with company policies
- Assist with sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Coordinate sales onboarding materials, documentation, and internal resources
- Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory or account assignments
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams on pricing, contracts, and billing processes
- Manage sales documentation, templates, and internal knowledge bases
- Respond to internal inquiries related to sales processes and tools
- Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a related role
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a B2B SaaS sales organization
- Experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms
- Understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting

Salary range:
$40,000 - 58,000 CAD
$40,000 - $53,500 USD
