Required Qualifications
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
  • 2+ years in sales or customer service

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask
  • Sales skills like analysis, objection handling, pitching, and closing
  • Ability to work while seated for prolonged periods of time and work independently in a group environment.
  • Customer complaint resolution while managing back-to-back calls
  • Proficiency with computers and software applications
  • Knowledge of office procedures, policies, and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications
  • Confidentiality and problem-solving under pressure
  • Knowledge of cable/telephony industry and services
  • Familiarity with residential product details
