Hours: Monday through Friday - 8am - 5pm - PST - CA candidates preferred
Location: You will have a home office but will be required to travel about 10-15% of the role. This will include 20 days a year for company events and professional development opportunities at the Headquarters based in Pasadena, CA. plus travel to prospect and client visits, as well as possible conference opportunities.
Pay: 75,000.00 annual salary plus $25K annual incentive potential.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Create sales campaigns monthly
Make cold calls, send drip campaigns and meet monthly metrics for sales activity.
Prospect and build relationships with school and district decision-makers
Sell our digital curriculum app by deeply understanding client needs and demonstrating product value
Sell our consulting services to schools.
Manage a pipeline of leads through a CRM system and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Deliver tailored demos and presentations to educators and administrators
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to the implementation team
Gather feedback from the field to inform product improvements and marketing strategies
Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and education events as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
Knowledge of curriculum, education consulting sales dynamics
3+ years of curriculum sales experience in K–12 education (required)
A strong grasp of the sales process and sales cycle
Proven ability to meet or exceed goals under pressure
High level of energy, motivation, and ambition
Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to school and district stakeholders
A commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and internal teams
Comfort using CRM systems for outreach, tracking, and reporting
Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment
