We’re looking for an endemic sales account executive who knows media sales and is known for tracking runs and rides, scaling mountains, and/or chasing fresh tracks, who can also develop new business and can turn relationships into partnerships. If you're highly motivated to seek out new business, close deals, build long-term business relationships, and represent a brand that actually matters to its audience, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do
  • Find new partners: Prospect, pitch, and close through calls, meetings, networking, and events.
  • Strengthen relationships: Work with existing clients to grow their spend and explore new opportunities.
  • Sell across platforms: Confidently pitch digital, video, branded content, OTT/CTV, and sponsorship solutions.
  • Stay on top of your business: Use Salesforce  to track activity, manage pipeline, and stay ahead of goals.
  • Show up in the industry: Represent Outside at events and build credibility with brands and agencies.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to deliver strong campaigns and bring client feedback back to the table.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced seller: 3+ years in media sales with a track record of hitting and beating targets.
  • Digital-first mindset: Strong knowledge of digital media sales; video and OTT/CTV expertise preferred. Programmatic is a plus.
  • Industry connections: Established relationships in outdoor, fitness, or active lifestyle categories.
  • Organized and tech-savvy: Comfortable with Salesforce, Google Suite, and curious about AI tools like Claude and Gemini.
  • Strong communicator: Can present and influence at all levels.
  • Comfortable and skilled at prospecting for new business. 
  • Interest in the space: You’re genuinely into or curious about outdoor sports, fitness, and the lifestyle we represent.
  • Plus: Participates in outdoor activities like running/cycling/skiing/hiking and has an interest in fitness tracking apps.

What We Offer:

Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $85,000 to $100,000.  Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission . Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away,  sick leave, and more.  This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
