The Sales Account Executive is tasked with meeting sales budgets by managing distributors, developing strategies, engaging customers, and promoting products.
Account Executive is responsible for meeting a stated sales budget by maintaining and growing existing distributors, identifying and setting up new distributors, and promoting Kinedyne brand to fleets and end users.
Responsibilities:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Extensive travel, long car rides, and air travel. Long hours at trade shows and customer functions. Extended computer use (sitting, typing, and viewing screen).
OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Competent keyboarding skills. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, D365 and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:
- Build deep market and product expertise by mastering Kinedyne's solutions, corporate policies, and relevant regulatory standards in the heavy-duty trucking and cargo control sectors.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to inform positioning and strategy by analyzing rival products, pricing, sales approaches, and distribution models.
- Co-develop and execute regional sales strategies with the Director of Sales - US, aligning territory plan with revenue, margin, and long-term growth objectives.
- Drive distributor performance by creating tailored sales plans for key accounts using sales analytics tools like the Sales History and Partners-in-Growth Reports.
- Elevate distributor engagement through strategic account management, value-based selling, and product training that accelerates partner sales and brand loyalty.
- Accelerate pipeline development through digital prospecting strategies using LinkedIn Navigator, Google, and other tools to identify and engage high-potential fleet and distribution prospects.
- Expand strategic distribution network by identifying and onboarding partners that enhance market coverage and align with Kinedyne's long-term growth strategy.
- Identify emerging market needs and product opportunities, delivering actionable insights to leadership to inform innovation and market entry strategies.
- Drive fleet-level influence and pull-through sales by positioning Kinedyne as a trusted partner via education on product value and cargo regulation compliance.
- Optimize territory coverage and resource allocation by strategically planning travel, managing costs, and aligning visits with high-impact opportunities.
- Strengthen industry presence by actively participating in associations, trade shows, customer events, and other strategic networking opportunities.
- Ensure operational rigor through consistent, timely communication with leadership and the submission of accurate reports, market updates, and performance data.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in traveling sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in industrial or B2B sectors.
