Due to growth and our commitment to continual improvement, we are looking for an energetic and talented Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist to join our team on a full time remote basis.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of Sage Intacct as well as other

solutions and technologies and how they can be used to transform businesses. The ideal candidate is someone who can take lead and take the responsibility of new Sage Intacct

implementations. We are a company that acquires other Software companies and this would be a recurring task upon new acquisitions.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Finance, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement and support Sage Intacct accounting solutions and projects
  • Deliver valued implementation services, ensuring objectives are met in accordance with the project management plans
  • Show commercial awareness in decisions, actions and communications
  • Conduct end-user application training and provide appropriate documentation for follow-up when required
  • Oversight of application build, test and deployment activities
  • Identify recommendations for additional services and products within and without the project scope
  • Advising and guiding users on their journey from system selection to go-live and post implementation support and beyond

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Sage Intacct, performing Intacct implementations and/or end-user experience
  • Must have experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quick learning skills and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Accounting experience with excellent understanding of financial software
  • Knowledge or direct experience in native cloud accounting/ERP products (eg. Sage Intacct, Netsuite) and industry trends
  • Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting, Business and/or Information Systems

La personne idéale sera en mesure de prendre les devants et d’assumer la responsabilité des nouvelles implantations de Sage Intacct. Comme nous acquérons régulièrement de nouvelles sociétés de logiciels, les implantations de Sage Intacct feront partie des responsabilités récurrentes du poste.

Tâches et responsabilités

Relevant du directeur ou de la directrice des finances, la personne retenue sera responsable des tâches suivantes :

  • Mettre en œuvre et assurer le soutien des solutions et projets de comptabilité Sage Intacct
  • Fournir des services d’implantation de qualité, en veillant à ce que les objectifs soient atteints conformément aux plans de gestion de projet
  • Faire preuve de sens commercial dans ses décisions, ses actions et ses communications
  • Offrir de la formation aux utilisateurs finaux sur l’application et fournir la documentation appropriée pour assurer le suivi, au besoin
  • Superviser les activités de configuration, de test et de déploiement de l’application
  • Formuler des recommandations concernant des services et produits supplémentaires, qu’ils soient liés ou non à la portée du projet
  • Conseiller et accompagner les utilisateurs tout au long de leur parcours, de la sélection du système jusqu’à la mise en production, puis fournir un soutien après l’implantation et au-delà
Exigences
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience avec Sage Intacct, notamment en implantation de la solution et/ou comme utilisateur final
  • Expérience dans la gestion de plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Grande capacité d’apprentissage et aptitude à faire preuve d’initiative dans un environnement dynamique
  • Expérience en comptabilité et excellente compréhension des logiciels financiers
  • Connaissance ou expérience directe des solutions de comptabilité/ERP infonuagiques natives, notamment Sage Intacct et NetSuite, ainsi que des tendances du secteur
  • Formation postsecondaire en finance, comptabilité, administration des affaires et/ou systèmes d’information
