The role requires experience in regulated environments, compliance or safeguarding, auditing, strong organisation, and attention to detail. A relevant Level 3 qualification is desirable, and an enhanced DBS check is required.

- Experience with compliance and safeguarding

- Knowledge of governance, audit, and regulatory processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with safeguarding, Ofsted notifications, or LADO referrals
- Background in early years, education, healthcare, or another regulated sector
- Knowledge of case management or HR systems (e.g. Workday)
- Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance reviews
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification is desirable
