Your Impact on our Mission
Zocdoc is transforming the patient experience by helping people find and book in-person or virtual healthcare appointments with ease. As we expand our business toward a tiered SaaS offering, we are reimagining how we deliver value and support to healthcare practices across the country. This shift requires a strong enablement engine to upskill our revenue teams on product, process, tools, and SaaS competencies. We’re seeking a SaaS Enablement Lead to design, build, and scale the enablement strategy for Zocdoc’s tiered SaaS offerings across our Sales and Success organizations. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing, Field Enablement peers within the Revenue Enablement team, Revenue Operations, and Go-to-Market leadership to ensure our revenue teams have the knowledge, tools, skills, and messaging they need to effectively sell and support Zocdoc’s evolving SaaS platform.

Your day to day is…
- Building strong, collaborative cross-functional relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Gaining alignment with leaders on the prioritization, scope, and expected impact of enablement initiatives.
- Delivering on enablement priorities across all revenue roles by building and executing a clear quarterly roadmap that supports onboarding and everboarding needs.
- Developing role-specific playbooks that document customer journeys, sales processes, and GTM strategies—and maintaining them as products, tools, and workflows evolve.
- Bringing creativity and innovation to enablement by leveraging diverse learning modalities, maximizing existing tools, incorporating gamification, and proposing AI-driven solutions to boost seller productivity.
- Connecting enablement solutions to real business problems and using data to drive scaled adoption, measure effectiveness, and showcase results to key stakeholders.
- Contributing to WBRs and QBRs by delivering clear readouts on enablement impact and providing visibility into ongoing and upcoming program roadmaps.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- Typically 5–8+ years in Revenue Enablement, Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, or similar roles — or equivalent experience in a SaaS or multi-tiered product environment.
- Experience building enablement programs from the ground up, including strategy, content, delivery, and measurement.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, value selling frameworks, product-led motions, and customer lifecycle fundamentals.
- Proven ability to translate complex product features into simple, compelling training content.
- Ability to leverage generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity
- Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- A builder mentality — comfortable designing new processes, stand-up programs, and scalable systems.
- Experience with enablement platforms, LMS tools, and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus), and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
