We’re seeking an RVP to lead a team driving growth within operations and safety departments at large enterprise companies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in EHNS, business insights, or risk management, and excels at closing complex deals and developing top-performing talent. You'll play a key role in expanding our enterprise presence while scaling a high-impact, execution-focused sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and mentor sellers to drive individual and team performance
- Build a high-performing, accountable, and growth-oriented sales culture
- Own regional sales targets and deliver against quarterly and annual goals
- Drive pipeline growth, sales process consistency, and forecast accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize go-to-market strategy
- Act as executive sponsor on key deals and strategic customer relationships
- Support sellers with account planning and stakeholder engagement
- Negotiate and close complex SaaS deals in mid-market and enterprise segments
- Share market insights to inform product and marketing strategy
- Partner with Customer Success to drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion
- Monitor performance metrics and use data to guide sales execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota and scaling sales teams across multiple verticals or geographies
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Force Management, etc.)
- Experience managing a sales team selling into enterprise segments
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills
- Data-driven and operationally rigorous, with strong CRM and forecasting acumen (e.g. Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)
