Job Description

Bosch offers an excellent Rotational Development Program (RDP) that is tailor-made for Bachelor's and Master's candidates. This 24-month entry-level rotational program is designed to provide you with professional and leadership opportunities throughout the Sales and Engineering teams in Mobility Electronics (ME). The Rotational Development Program consists of three or four rotations spanning 24 months that are customized for you. You will gain extensive experience of working with varied work teams and environments. In addition, you will be assigned an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance, and a peer mentor to help you navigate through the program. Also, you will have the opportunity to participate in structured networking events and targeted training to gain leadership exposure.  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications (Must Haves):

  • Bachelor's Degree received within the last 2 years in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Minimum of one completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Geographically mobile: Candidate must be willing and able to relocate multiple times within the U.S and a possible rotation in Germany.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States – Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable under this program.

Highly Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Support the Sales and Field Application Engineering teams for data analysis, sales & volume forecasting, quotation management, and sample order management.
  • Must be able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
  • Process customer orders, credit notes, invoices, ensure timely delivery, and track payments.
  • Support sample order tracking, inventory management, and delivery confirmation
  • Excellent organizational skills to properly track and report customer account progress to management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey detailed messages to customers and to international audiences Microsoft Office Suite
