The incumbent will work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes. The incumbent will also lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computer Linguistics, Mathematics, or related field AND Three (3) years of experience in robotics process automation.

OR

Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computer Linguistics, Mathematics, or related field AND One (1) years of experience in robotics process automation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. 2 years’ experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, R, Python.

2. Experience with the following: -   Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language) -   Developing and consuming APIs -   Agile development methodology -   Databases Microsoft SQL Workflow-based logic

3. Hands on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc. UiPath experience is highly preferred

4. Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects

5. UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred

6. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

1. Provide guidance with process design.

2. Design, develop, and test automation workflows.

3. Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, and development tools.

4. Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.

5. Create process and end-user documentation.

6. Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes).

7. Work with Business Analysts, QA Analysts, Application Analysts, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.

8. Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.

9. Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.

10. Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.

11. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
