The Clinical Nurse Lead assists the Nurse Director/Clinical Nurse Manager in overseeing and coordinating unit operations and staff during the assigned shift to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include determining work priorities, preparing daily staff assignments, approving overtime, and serving as a clinical and operational resource for unit personnel. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced acute care environment.
- State of California Registered Nurse license; and
- CPR American Heart Association
- ACLS American Heart Association
- Minimum of six (6) months of experience on an acute care unit as an RN
Position Pay Range: $36.00 - $48.22/ Hourly
