We are looking for an RGM Data Analyst to join our D&A EU SRM product team, developing data-driven solutions for the revenue management EU organization. 

You will work at the intersection of business, analytics and digital product development. Your role will be to partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate commercial challenges into analytical models, actionable insights and clear product requirements and independently analyse internal and external data to assess feasibility. 

A key focus will be pricing analytics, including the application and development of price elasticity models to support better commercial decisions. 

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Data Engineers, BI Developers and commercial teams to transform analytical opportunities into scalable digital products. 

What You’ll Do


    • Work directly with business stakeholders to understand commercial challenges, identify analytical needs and define the questions that need to be solved. 

    • Design and propose analytical approaches and models that address identified business needs. 

    • Perform pricing analytics, with particular focus on price elasticity, price-volume relationships and identification of pricing opportunities. 

    • Analyze FMCG data across areas such as sales, pricing, promotions, customers, products, revenue, margins, market share and competitor activity. 

    • Query and analyze data independently from multiple internal and external data sources using tools such as SQL, Excel and analytical platforms. 

    • Transform complex analyses into clear, compelling visualizations and actionable insights using Power BI or similar tools. 

    • Translate business and analytical requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and documented business rules for development teams. 

    • Work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers and Developers throughout product development, testing and validation. 

    • Help develop analytical methodologies and solutions that can be standardized and scaled across markets. 

What We're Looking For


    • Ability to engage with business stakeholders, understand their challenges and translate business needs into analytical solutions. 

    • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear insights and recommendations. 

    • Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and analytical requirements. 

    • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to independently query, explore and analyse complex datasets. 

    • Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI. 

    • Experience in pricing analytics, particularly price elasticity modelling, demand analysis or price-volume relationships. 

    • Experience within FMCG, retail, Strategic Revenue Management, Revenue Growth Management, pricing or commercial analytics is highly desirable. 

    • Experience working with FMCG datasets such as sales, pricing, promotions, SKU/customer hierarchies, market share or competitor data is an advantage. 

    • Experience with external data sources such as NielsenIQ, Circana or similar providers is beneficial. 

    • Knowledge of Python, R or other analytical tools is an advantage. 

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
