This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.

We're hiring a RF SIGINT Collection Analyst supporting a well-established customer that works on a critical and high-visibility mission. This role is crucial for ensuring the success of future missions and you'll be a key member of that team, researching, building and executing strategies directly with customer.  This is more than a typical SIGINT analysis role though, we need someone who enjoys the mathematical and modeling side of the mission.

We’re looking for a seasoned, experienced professional that uses their understanding of their area of specialization to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. This position networks with senior internal and external personnel in their area of expertise.

Responsibilities: The RF SIGINT Collection Analyst will be asked to provide technical expertise to support a variety of tasks to include, but not limited to:

  • Perform signals analysis work and write reports based upon the resulting analysis.
  • Assess and report on the strengths and limitations of collection platforms / sensors.
  • Research and build collection strategies.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret electronic signals to produce critical intelligence reports that support future strategic planning.
  • Write concepts of operations and operational support projects.
  • Author new procedures / methods to create innovative collection plans/ strategies.
  • Perform link budget analysis to inform collection strategies.
  • Utilize mathematical and physics modeling to inform collection strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree (4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree). Preference is mathematical, physics, or engineering.
  • Significant current experience (within last 2 years) performing link budget analysis and collection strategy.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of advanced conventional weapons systems
  • Strong experience with link budget analysis tools such as MATLAB, Integrasys, Pasternack, Qorvo, RFCLB, Cadence or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a small team, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Published / authored collection strategy reports.
  • Advanced degree in a technical discipline.
  • Experience in DoD/IC signals analysis.
  • Experience working on SAP programs.
  • Experience working on-site at a government customer location.
  • Experience working in DOD/IC.

Pay Transparency: To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate’s experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

 ● The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $99,000.00 - $132,000.00 - $145,200.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
